WHO WE ARE
Midtown Niseko is a young modern hotel, with easy access to several ski resorts. Working hours: Shift system 06:00~15:00 / 7:00~16:00 / 9:00~18:00 / 13:00~22:00 / 16:00~01:00 / 22:00~07:00 (Split shift or other duty time possible)
Responding to questions and requests from guests during their stay
Room key management
Management of luggage and letters
Room inspection (confirmation of room equipment, etc.)
Management of same-day reservations
Transport of customers to Welcome Centre/Kutchan Station
Disinfection of common spaces

Concierge functions such as suggesting activities and restaurants to guests, booking of taxi, airline, hotels for guests’ onward travel

Key Accountabilities:
Ensure proper operation of all responsibilities of Reservations.
To take and maintain up-to-date accurate reservation records, including records of any advance bookings and any cancellations.
To handle telephone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently, always ensure that relevant standards and procedures are implemented and maintained.

Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for the regular site maintenance, general repairs, snow removal, lawn mowing and safety management.
Arrangement and coordination with vendors and contractors including emergency response and communication with the operations team, tenants, and other parties.
Inspection and assessment of the building to ensure safety and for prevention of any potential risk to tenants of the property.
Communicate with other departments to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction.
General Requirements:
Experience in a property maintenance management is a plus.
Other spoken and written language is a plus.

Report all lost and found items.
